Plagiocephaly & Reflux Problems Resolved with Chiropractic

My daughter Addison was born on July 11th, 2010 after an extremely dramatic and quick delivery.  There were several health issues that she faced during the first few months of her life, but we were soon able to work things out and her health started to improve.  One area that did not seem to be improving, however, was a flat spot on the back of her head and we continued to battle with some digestive issues. Addison's pediatrician recommended that we start seeing Dr. Christine Thompson so that she could help us work on both of those issues.

Dr. Thompson evaluated Addison's neck and spine and was able to quickly pinpoint a few areas that were not in balance. As the weeks unfolded, we were able to see dramatic improvement in our daughter's health and mobility. Addison was able to spend more time on her tummy without neck and digestive pain, and she soon learned to roll over. We were especially pleased to see Addison catch up on some of her baby milestones because of the help Dr. Thompson provided. Dr. Thompson was professional, caring, thorough, and attentive to our needs. After having such a great experience with my daughter, I too decided to switch chiropractors and started to see Dr. Thompson for my own back pain. Dr. Thompson's care and individualized attention was exactly what we needed to get our family's health on the right track and we are so thankful for all her efforts.

Low Back Pain and Leg Numbness
Resolved with Chiropractic

Tony Farland

In the summer of 2010, I began to experience minor lower back pain, as well as pain, tingling and numbness in my left leg. For a while, although the pain was uncomfortable, it was bearable and I dealt with it.

It was around mid-November 2010 that the pain and numbness began to intensify. It got to the point where I struggled driving, as well as doing every-day activities, such as tying my shoes. A few weeks had gone by and I just couldn't deal with it any longer.

A friend referred me to Dr. Thompson, and within days, I had an appointment to see her. On my first visit, after examining my back, she informed me that it was her belief that the lower back pain and sciatica was being caused by the lower vertebrae on my spine "falling out of alignment" (also known as Vertebral Subluxation). She informed me from the beginning that this process would take some time, since she had to re-train my spine to stay aligned.

Within a month I was beginning to feel better, and now, four months later, I feel completely healed. I haven't experienced back pain whatsoever, or any signs of sciatica (tingling or numbness), in the last month. Thank you very much Dr. Thompson!!!
