Hello and Welcome!
Please allow me to introduce and tell you a little about myself. I have been practicing in downtown Fredericksburg since 1996. I hold a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University. I have a whole-body approach to health and as years go by I find it essential to place more and more of my focus on lifestyle factors such as nutrition, exercise, stress management and reducing toxic exposure.
I am committed to learning and staying abreast of new, innovative, science-based information and improving my understanding of the health issues people face today. I have had extensive post-graduate training through seminars in the areas of functional medicine, digestive disturbance, thyroid issues, hormonal imbalances, brain degeneration, blood lab analysis, detoxification and autoimmune disorders.
My treatments are individualized, comprehensive, and are tailored to the needs, interests and resources of each person. I have found that the best approach is to address the lifestyle habits underlying the development of most health issues by engaging in a long-term plan designed to achieve the most desirable and lasting results.
I am able to run and evaluate lab tests that illuminate imbalances and deficiencies, such as comprehensive blood lab, saliva hormone panels, autoimmune panels and genetic testing. In addition, I offer classes on a variety of health topics to help people become more informed, involved and empowered in addressing their own health concerns.
Following is a list of just a few of the many conditions that I have seen improve with holistic wellness care:
As a Doctor of Chiropractic, I do not treat any symptom, health issue, disease or condition. I have, however, witnessed the amazing healing power of the body once it is given the nutrients necessary for repair and regeneration, toxic exposure is reduced, and poor lifestyle habits are corrected.
